Our international client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Madrid. The successful candidate will represent one of our client's most important clients in the luxury automobile sector and play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via calls and emails
- Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to build strong relationships
Requirements:
- Native level of German and a fluent level of English
- Experience in B2C customer service support, with a strong emphasis on quality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with alternating working hours between 8:00 and 20:00.
