You will be helping our fitness clients navigate our online system from the Portuguese island of Funchal.
Tasks Utilize general MS Office knowledge and adaptability to familiarize yourself with our CRM system.
Provide excellent customer care addressing inquiries in both spoken and written German (Minimum B2) with English as an advantage.
Work 8 hours a day with shifts from or Occasionall extra hours during weekends and holidays compensated at 200% of the regular salary.
