Position Overview.
As a German-speaking Customer Support Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our German and Austrian clientele.
You'll handle inquiries across various channels including chat, email, and phone, addressing a wide array of topics ranging from sports and casino queries to cashier-related matters.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure customer needs are promptly met while upholding our service and quality standards.
Que funções irão desempenhar Key Responsibilities.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing accurate and timely assistance.
- Analyze individual issues and take appropriate action to resolve them, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams across different locations to achieve shared objectives and address technical anomalies effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department for swift resolution.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to maintain consistent service delivery and quality standards.
Requirements.
- Fluent in German (C1 level proficiency required; B2 considered if close to C1 proficiency) and English (C1/B2 level proficiency).
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup, spending two days in the office and three days working remotely per week.
- Proficient in PC equipment and software, including MS Office and internet searching tools.
