As a Customer Support Agent you will handle various client inquiries via phone and email ensuring the provision of accurate and complete information.

Tasks Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients including ID and TPIN issues Postbank app setup cardrelated matters safety concerns transactions and complaints.
Continuously develop your knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues.
Utilize adequate tools processes and methods to ensure accurate valid and complete information provision.
Deliver exceptional client service aiming for firstcontact issue resolution.
Work 100% onsite at Parque das Naes.
Requirements C1 German with great linguistic expression and B1 English proficiency both oral and written.
Ability to actively listen identify apply and explain product and service expertise with clarity.
Capability to handle stressful situations effectively.
EU Passport holder Benefits 167 meal card per month.
Shifts.
Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm.
10 days of training (9am to 5.
pm) plus at least one week nesting.
Permanent Contract.
