What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor for a major coffee brand, you will.
Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) in an interactive and user-friendly manner Attract potential customers by promoting products and services; suggest products and services tailored to customer needs Handle and manage inquiries in a timely manner Contribute to the development of customer loyalty We'll be a great match if you.
