O perfil a recrutar deverá ter.
* Experiência prévia em suporte técnico ou helpdesk de IT; * Fluência em português e francês; * Conhecimento de redes e sistemas informáticos; * Excelentes competências de comunicação e resolução de problemas; * Gosto e aptidão para os assuntos ligados à informática; * Conhecimento aprofundado das aplicações Microsoft e seu modo de funcionamento.
