Il devra gérer les cycles de ventes jusquau closing mais aussi être en capacité daccompagner les clients dans lappréhension de nos solutions.
Vos tâches - Prendre en charge et gérer les leads entrants du service client pour réaliser des ventes additionnelles - Faciliter les opérations de vente en conseillant les clients sur les produits adaptés qui répondent le mieux à leurs besoins - Elaborer les devis et mener la négociation jusquà la signature - Intervenir en soutien à léquipe du service client en cas de besoin - Rester en veille afin de mieux appréhender le marché et la profession - Etre force de proposition pour tenir à jour la FAQ et les guides du service et faire remonter les retours clients.
Profil - Issue dune formation en vente Bac+2 minimum - 1-2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire - Maîtrise des outils informatiques, la connaissance du CRM Hubspot, dAircall et dIntercom serait un plus.
- Capacité démontrée à atteindre ses objectifs et à gérer un processus de vente - Maîtrise du cycle de vente et des techniques de négociation - Familiarité avec les techniques de vente consultatives - Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et connaissance du CRM Hubspot, Aircall et dIntercom serait un plus - Maîtrise du français (lespagnol et langlais serait un plus) Ce que nous proposons CDI 40h/semaine Salaire Base.
