Full Time We are looking for an experienced ETL Informatica Production Support to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications.
You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Qualification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Able to work in production support environment (L2/L3 level support).
• Knowledge about the Incident, Problem and Change management.
• Experience with Unix commands and basic scripting.
• Experience in Database like ETL Informatica Oracle, SQL server etc.
• Troubleshoot/debug the issues and handle minor enhancement in unix.
• Must be aware about Service Now, Dynatrace, Job Scheduling tool like CA7.
• Good communication skills to interact with business users.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
