I need assistance from a knowledgeable legal professional to appeal an unfavourable employment judgement, errors in law, misinterpret events, fabricated evidence from the respondents.
It appears that there was an incorrect interpretation of the law by the judge.
Unfortunately, I don't have any new evidence or arguments that were absent in the original judgement.
But, I believe a reassessment of the existing evidence is essential.
As the time limit run out for employment tribunal, I’m looking to appeal to the High Court.
