In your new role, you will.
* Provide administrative support in delivering international assignment services to (COMPANY NAME) employees globally and in close collaboration with the HR Employee Mobility team; * Help with the creation of different required documents (e.
.
contracts, income calculations) and reports, as well as data maintenance activities; * Support projects related to process improvements, document digitalization, and more Requerimientos del candidato/a.
You can deal responsibly with sensitive information and you demonstrate high-quality standards and attention to detail.
Furthermore, you have great communication skills and a strong customer orientation which allows you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others.
You are best equipped for this task if you have.
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Languages, International Relations, or a similar field; * Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * A customer-centered approach; * Experience with Confluence would be a great advantage; * Previous experience in employee mobility, international business management, or HR projects would be a plus; * Fluency in English.
