Responsibility-provide support to small and medium-sized businesses to help them grow across multiple channels – chat, email and phone;-support and expand the self-serve advertising base for smb clients in the online and digital advertising domain;-provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service......
Your profile:-native level of arabic (written and spoken);-fluency in english (b2); high school diploma (or equivalent);-player and support oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others;-team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills;-passion for video games and mobile applications......
What you will be doing: processing enquiries from new and existing customers (small and medium-sized businesses) by phone, email and live chat;outbound callbacks by phone and proactive contacting of all customers who have previously contacted facebook customer service via other channels (chat or email)......
