from Tuesday to Saturday, from 09h00 am to 06h00 pm What will be expected from you? Collaborate closely with our reputable brand and sales team to assist sellers and dealers in the buying and selling process.
Conduct documentation analysis for sales processes.
Engage in active communication with sellers and buyers through various channels, including telephone, email, and online support systems.
Handle other administrative tasks as required.
What do you need to have? Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level.
Previous experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
Proven experience in client and process management.
Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with buyers and sellers.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Availability to work in a temporary position for about 3 or 4 weeks.
