Key Responsibilities Include.
* Accurately entering invoice data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
* Ensuring adherence to specific formatting requirements, details of which will be provided upon project commencement.
A deep understanding of Microsoft Excel and precision in data entry is crucial for this role.
Experience with processing invoices is highly desirable.
Attention to detail and maintaining the integrity of confidential information are also essential for this project.
Project Description.
We have a pressing requirement for a meticulous and detail-oriented freelancer to assist us with data entry tasks.
We possess over 150 Invoice Documents related to Cargo shipping, which primarily come in PNG, JPEG, and PDF formats.
Our objective is to compile the essential data from these documents into a structured spreadsheet format.
Project Scope.
Data Compilation.
Extracting specific data fields from each document, totaling approximately 40 Field Labels per document.
Examples of these fields include Shipper Name, Address, Invoice Number, etc.
Document Formats.
Handling documents in PNG, JPEG, and PDF formats.
Data Entry Accuracy.
Ensuring precise entry of data into the spreadsheet without errors or discrepancies.
Scalability.
The initial batch consists of around 150+ documents.
Depending on the quality of the output and performance, there's a possibility of further engagements with higher volumes of documents.
Requirements.
Expertise.
Prior experience in data entry, particularly in handling documents related to Cargo shipping or similar fields, would be advantageous.
Attention to Detail.
Keen attention to detail is critical to accurately extract and input data from the documents.
Time Sensitivity.
Due to the urgent nature of this requirement, we are looking for prompt responses and quick turnaround times.
Deliverables.
Completed spreadsheet with all required data fields accurately entered.
Ensure the integrity and correctness of the data entered.
