I am a prolific artist, so I have a lot of artworks, so I could use some help to copy and paste many images and enter the related metadata.
What I am looking for now.
- Qualification.
Graphic Designer / Website Designer to help / Data Entry - Job.
transfer the old website to a modern-day database-based website (on notion).
- Format.
Freelance, probably about 1 month full time for this first step - Sources.

- Training.
I would train that person via zoom in English.
Ideally you have a computer with a fast internet connection, and you are detail oriented as this will require patience, and long hours of focused work.
How many artworks? - Sculptures.
700 Approximately (1st job) - Architecture Models.
200 Approximately - Paintings.
400 Approximately - Drawings.
Approximately - Exhibitions.
100 Approximately - Press Articles.
200 Approximately - Videos.
50 Total Pages.
Approximately I will need to have 1 page per item.
Some items like the large sculptures, have several photos, from different angles.
Each page has metadata fields.
- Artwork Title in French (English, Japanese).
- Year (and date if available).
- Location made.
- Material.
- Size in cm (LxDxH).
- Weight in kg.
- If multiple, quantity.
- Collector.
We will start with the 700 sculptures (1st payment) and continue with the other artworks towards the full job.
Hopefully we work well together and there is much more work after that.
Could transition to a part time position as I continue to produce work and I need help archiving on an on-going basis.
