About the project.
You will be providing services for Hebrewspeaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.
Your tasks.
Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service Management of incoming calls and email Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies Handling clients requests.
policy changes cancellations claims updating payment details What you need.
Fluency in Hebrew (must be at least C1) Fluent in English (at least C1) Nice to have previous Customer Support experience Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Offer.
Standard salary of gross per month Access to discounted accommodation provided by the company (if you live more than 100km from Lisbon and want to relocate there) Public and private health insurance provided by the employer.
The first contract for 12 months with the possibility of signing a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one) If youre moving from abroad.
Airport pickup and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal Accommodation in the city of Lisbon
