About the role We are looking for aTeam Managerto join the team in Portugal.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with managerial qualities and with a focus on growth.
The successful candidate is willing to challenge lead by example learn who is selfmotivated empathetic and a proactive individual.
This is a permanent workfromhome role so the only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk.
Tasks You will promote engagement across your team and lead by example Working closely with the Group Manager to assist as a key point of contact for daytoday operations.
Actively managing and supporting the team on a daytoday basis.
(Catch ups 12 1s coaching and assisting with general queries).
You will be responsible for delivering weekly reports while maintaining trend data in the background.
You will be responsible for dealing with customer escalations (where applicable).
You will help develop a quality framework and help embed this into the culture.
You will ensure team members are fully briefed on new information (Issues new product information new releases) within agreed time scales.
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining service management identifying gaps in knowledge articles and addressing those gaps.
Ensure that service level targets are monitored and impacts are managed effectively when making team decisions including authorization of training requests team briefings and any other absence.
Continuously reviewing opportunities to streamline processes and implement any process or system changes that will drive efficiencies and improvements You will have the ability to implement and facilitate the personal and professional development of your team by giving them constructive feedback.
Requirements You have a minimum of 1 years experience in a team manager role in customer service.
Comfortable working through asynchronous workflows and tools.
You are competent in providing highlevel support to both team members and customers You candemonstrate high levels ofinitiative with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks You areproven to be organised methodical and rigorous.
You havestrong problemsolving skills with the ability to quickly identify key issues and provide effective solutions.
You are a team player able to develop great relations with all internal teams.
Have a growth mindset and are a proactive selfmotivated individual Have remote working experience and capabilities.
