You will support Germanspeaking clients of a medical technology company with a focus in orthopedics.
The company was founded in .

The company has over employees operating at 12 sites around the world What you will be doing.
Receive and distribute incoming customer orders Ensure record accuracy by maintaining data integrity Handle order management from entry to delivery and resolve complex customer billing issues Collaborate and coordinate crossfunctionally with other teams Provide support to other team members as needed Follows up on internal holds pertaining to credits processed on behalf of customers.
Intimately understand proper case handling process and can identify different business unit responsibilities.
Requirements.
Communicative German (must be B2) Communicative level of English language (B2) 2 years of previous experience is required What we offer.
Temporary employment contract of Initial duration of 12 months (Option to extend for another 12 months) Working hours.
