What you'll do As a Customer Support for Social Media, you&#;ll address and resolve inbound customer support inquiries; Deliver accurate and professional customer service by email, chat support, and/or phone; Work with internal cross-functional partners to resolve customer inquiries; Ensure each inquiry is “resolved” from the customer&#;s perspective, in a timely manner; Actively contribute to a knowledge base of resolution; Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience.
What you'll need Proficient level of German (C2 or native); Upper intermediate level of English (B2); As a Customer Support for Social Media, you&#;ll need exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Service-oriented mindset and approach to work; Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; Self-starter/self-motivated to achieve top performance standards; Team player; Ability to prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment.
