What you’ll be doing at Teleperformance Portugal As a German-speaker Customer Support for Healthcare, you will.
As a Customer Support for Healthcare, you'll assist with any questions and concerns regarding the product; Inform and educate customers about the functions of the device and safety; Support customers regarding questions about shipping, return, exchange policy and payment transactions; Actively participate in the optimization activities related to all customer service processes.
There will be big smiles if you Fluent level of German and a B2-level in English; Willing to start an international experience - work abroad; Able to handle sensitive information as a Customer Support for Healthcare; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Team spirit; Experience in telephone customer service (preferred).
