At least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers in a B2C and/or B2B environment.
2.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
3.
Excellent native-level proficiency in the language of support, both written and spoken.
4.
Proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
5.
Organizational skills and ability to adapt to new processes, concepts, and skills, recognizing that operations are constantly evolving.
6.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
7.
Ability to handle customers' emotions and empathize with their situations.
8.
Openness to working flexible hours as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Shifts may range from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Escalating complex problems according to established procedures.
