We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more! Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters? Your mission will be… * Receive and process customer requests, ensuring accurate recording of relevant details, such as addresses, contact information, and special instructions.
* Submit Customer account creation.
* Support on cash collection.
* Support on SaaS product releases.
* EDS reporting & billing.
* Discount Voucher creations, update information and change prices * Maintain accurate records and provide updates to stakeholders.
* Create and analyze several reports linked to invoicing, status and overdue.
* Generate reports and improve dispatching processes.
* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to dispatch operations.
We are looking for someone with… * High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash is a plus.
* Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations or emergency scenarios.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
