The company unites over 30 facilities across 10 different countries.
The role involves active management of several client accounts within a specific region, including the set up and amendment of customer master data, processing orders, shipments, complaints, and queries.
You would be responsible for storage and organisation of data related to the role, in line with agreed guidelines, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Furthermore, when required, support customers in other regions, with hands-on management of customer purchase orders, tracking, invoicing, filing, and answering general order-related customer queries.
Proactive interaction with both external and internal customers/clients via a variety of mediums will be key to the role.
Main Tasks.
Receive incoming phone calls from customers and internal employees.
Process customer's orders.
Maintain internal order portfolio trackers and customers portals, including (but not limited to) pricing, notification of last shipment, delivery schedules, reserves and backorders.
Coordinate & Handle purchase orders & forecast.
Monitoring delivery dates and secure delivery in time.
Coordinate delivery pick ups.
File appropriate paperwork.
Set up and maintain master data (prices, material sales data, customer data).
Attend customer meetings (when needed).
Process operational claims and disputes.
Requirements.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic accounting skills.
Experience in Excel and SAP.
High level of German and English
