What you will be doing.
Receive and distribute incoming customer orders Ensure record accuracy by maintaining data integrity Handle order management from entry to delivery and resolve complex customer billing issues Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally with other teams Provide support to other team members as needed Follows up on internal holds pertaining to credits processed on behalf of customers.
Intimately understand proper case handling process and can identify different business unit responsibilities.
Requirements.
Communicative German (must be B2) Communicative level of English language (B2) You live in Lisbon Portugal or you are ready to relocate there Ability to communicate clearly and effectively At least 2 years of previous experience is required What we offer.
Temporary employment contract of Initial duration of 12 months (Option to extend for another 12 months) Working hours.
Monday – Friday, Monthly Base Salary of € Holiday and Christmas bonus - 2 extra month salaries per year Monthly Variable Bonus of € (depending on performance) Health Insurance, 24/7 Doctor App, Prescription, Dental and Vision coverage, 25 days of vacation and the state mandated 13 Public Holidays Note.
