  What you'll need Italian near native speaker (C2 Level); Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on reading comprehension, sentence structure, spelling and grammar; Customer service experience (preferred); As a Customer Service for Healthcare, you&#;ll need ability to communicate with customers; Experience in a contact center environment; Creative decision making skills and proven ability to work independently.
