What you’llbe doing at Teleperformance Portugal As a Dutch-speaker Customer Service for Healthcare Industry, you will.
Assist with any questions and concerns regarding the product; Inform and educate customers about the functions of the device and safety; Support customers regarding questions about shipping, return, exchange policy and payment transactions; Actively participate in the optimization activities related to all customer service processes.
There will be big smiles if you Fluent level of Dutch and a English (minimum B2); Interest in digital marketing or online advertising platforms; Exemplary communication and listening skills; Creative decision making skills and proven ability to work independently; Experience in telephone customer support (preferred).
