What you'll do As a Customer Service for a Food Delivery App, you&#;ll do customer support to riders, partner drivers, restaurants, eaters, couriers; Assist, by phone, email or chat, any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the service; Ensure customer satisfaction, by presenting creative solutions to their issues; Guarantee a positive service experience through verbal communication; Provide recommendations to engage with customers&#; needs.
What you'll need Native Italian speaker; Good level of English (minimum B2); As a Customer Service for a Food Delivery App, you&#;ll need experience in customer service (preferred); Excellent communication and good argumentation skills; Problem-solver; Ability to control and drive direction of call with customers in several situations; Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
