Position Description.
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Advisors.
This role entails engaging with customers through various channels such as sales calls, live chats, and emails.
The primary objective is to provide expert guidance to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop thorough product knowledge through comprehensive training provided by the company - Engage with customers in a supportive and non-pushy manner, offering valuable advice and assistance - Demonstrate care and empathy towards customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively - Handle inquiries and provide solutions to customer queries, striving to exceed their expectations - Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment Candidate Requirements.
