CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE ENGINEER (M/W) - AFTERNOON SHIFT & FULL REMOTE

In order to continue our rapid expansion, we are currently looking for a Customer Excellence Engineer (m/w) to join our team in Portugal (full remote).
Your Role.
• Provide technical customer support to our customers through our ticketing system.
• Answer questions about the product and help with product configuration.
• Monitor system and business alerts and react to them.
• Solve known issues and perform workarounds.
• Communicate with external data providers and connected external IT systems.
• Handle bug reports and perform manual functional testing.
• Maintain documentation.
• Working schedule.
12 to 9 pm Lisbon Time.
Your Profile.
• At least 1 year of work experience directly serving customers (in any field).
• Basic tech knowledge as well as a love for technology and a technical mind.
• Very good written and spoken English (C1).
• Attention to details and a motivation to solve problems the best way – not just the fastest or easiest way.
• A customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to talk to non-tech people about tech stuff.
• Ability to express own thoughts and effectively communicate in writing.
• Nice to have.
Knowledge of supply chain, forecasting algorithms and QA (manual).
