Responsabilits.
Fournir un support aux petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) sur les principales plateformes en ligne via plusieurs canaux.
Chat (Canal en direct) et Emails (Canal hors ligne); Effectuer des appels sortants pour sassurer que les clients ont bien compris les informations qui leur sont transmises; Fournir un support produit et des outils pour amliorer lexprience des clients; Identifier les tendances et rsoudre les problmes rencontrs par plusieurs clients PME.
Exigences.
Exprience pralable dans le service client de prfrence dans le domaine de la publicit en ligne ou des rseaux sociaux; Excellentes comptences en communication et en rsolution de problmes; Capacit travailler dans un environnement multilingue et motiv; Matrise de langlais au niveau B2 minimum.
