Our office is in the heart of Lisbon but working from home is a possibility.

* You are the main person of contact for our Dutch speaking customers.
* You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media.
* You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment.
* You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting.
