CRIT SEARCH - Recruitment & Selection recruits CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER (W/M) for a client in LISBON.
Job description.
- Advise and assist the clients whatever channel they choose; telephone, e-mail; - Manage the payment of their benefits; - Manage calls from beneficiaries and health professionals.

- Manage customer relations.
providing information to policyholders on their contract coverage, reimbursements and all aspects related to contract terms (subscription, adjustments, cancellations, contributions, etc.), mainly by telephone and/or e-mail; advise the clients and answer all their requests as well as those concerned to health professionals.
- There is no prospecting or selling involved in this job.
Requirements.
- Bachelor´s degree or graduation with or without experience in insurance; - Bilingual.
English and French; - Appreciate teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills; - Good listener and respectable sense of customer service; - Dynamic and enthusiastic person in work, methodical, rigorous and organized; - Concerned achieving the objectives set.

Requisitos minimos Salary.
- euros per month as of day one (for people who speak English + French + Portuguese, and/or Spanish); - euros per month (for people who speak Dutch and /or German).

-Employee will have a contract from Monday to Sunday (based on the planning established by the manager).
