We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service professional to join our team based in Lisbon.
This team provides support with customer incoming calls, support other departments, deal with correspondents, customers, and colleagues alike.
You will be an ambassador for all inquiries about money transfers - providing guidance, correspondent information, and resolving other common queries.

Skype, Livezilla, Emails, etc) - Satisfy customer expectations and maintain a good image for the company - Effective communication with all customers - Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally - Effectively deal with customer complaints What are we looking for? - Full legal right-to-work in Portugal - Fluency / Advanced in speaking Dutch and English - Good communication skills and clear telephone manner; - Good computer / technical skills (E-mail, Skype, CRM tools, etc) What do we offer? - 9 months contract, renewable automatically if both sides are in mutual agreement - A base salary of 860€, plus 150€ per month for the Dutch language, plus any premium language used - Daily meal allowance of 6,41€ paid in a meal card - Health insurance after 3 months For details of Small World's Candidate Privacy Policy, refer to.
