Job Description.
Responsibilities - your mission.
* Preparation and implementation of Capex MFTs to obtain S MFT leader validation & the associated fundings * Supporting Customer service CAPEX Project managers to get Capex approval by preparing, implementing project Capex dossier before Capex MFT submission * Organization and Coordination of internal Capex project reviews (deadlines, costs, etc.) * Preparation and participation in planning events (operative planning; budget planning, master plan reviews and forecasts) * Reporting and controlling of the CAPEX dossiers in collaboration with CAPEX project managers & finance team are meeting the S CAPEX targets * Create and maintain dashboard and reporting to get a clear picture on CAPEX progress on monthly basis (project management database and CAPEX tool update) Requirements - our ideal candidate will have.
* Experience in improvement projects or project management or multi function coordination * Experience in supply chain, production or Manufacturing * Finance basics (business case, RC, NRC, CAPEX, forecast..) * Very good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage stakeholders * Ability to analyze and summarize * Assertiveness and the ability to influence others * Autonomy * English.
