Atualmente encontramo-nos à procura de Application Support Engineer Responsabilidades.
Utilizar e configurar APM (Application Performance Monitoring), como o Dynatrace, para monitorizar e melhorar o desempenho de sistemas.
Desenvolver e implementar automatizações de processos utilizando linguagens como Python e bash, com o objetivo de otimizar operações e reduzir possíveis falhas.
Utilizar ferramentas de análise de logs, como o Kibana, para interpretar e solucionar questões técnicas a partir dos registos.
Fornecer suporte a sistemas baseados na tecnologia TIBCO Business Works Requisitos.
Experiencia em trabalhar com APM (Ex.
Dynatrace) Experiencia em trabalhar sistemas ITSM(Por exemplo.
Service Now) Experiencia em automatização de processos (Python/bash) Experiencia do ponto de vista de utilizador na consulta logs em Kibana.
2-3 Ano de experiencia em tecnologia TIBCO Business Works (preferência em versão container) Conhecimentos básicos de SQL Disponibilidade para aprender suporte técnico/aplicacional de Micro-serviços(Java) e APIs(IBM Connect) Disponibilidade para realizar prevenções Lisboa / Hibrido (2x semana) O que oferecemos? -Uma empresa inovadora e em crescimento, com muitas oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional.
