The Role.
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.
You will add value by providing work with internal stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include.
Process the cash remittances application (cash allocation) on a daily basis.
Preparation of reports that detail balances due or what to collect from customers at a certain point in time Support the AR aging analysis with operational information examining balance statements of accountholders.
Prepare credit / collection reports Work closely with other Finance teams, such as the GL team, in the provision of support to colleagues.
Ensure feedback to line manager.
Execution of month-end task of assigned market.
AR reconciliations, reports, ageing, booking of AR entries/documents, etc.
Propose changes to processes, continuous improvement mindset Participation and lead when required Team projects Who you’ll be.
To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in AR.
Experience working with internal stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards would be an advantage.
Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required.
BSc/BA degree or corresponding experience Good knowledge of customer billing concepts and O2C processes Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders Good analytical skills and detail orientated Ability to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Knowledge of ERP systems, processes and workflow technology Language Skills.
