Accounts Payable Specialist (French/Spanish Speaker) Location.

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Lisbon Portugal.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team.
Job Description.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for managing the companys accounts payable processes for our French and Spanishspeaking clients.
You will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices payments and reconciliation of accounts.
Key Responsibilities.
Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice/paymentrelated queries.
Assist in monthend closing activities including accruals and reconciliations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline accounts payable processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of accounts payable transactions.
Requirements.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance.
Fluent in French or Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
