Job Description At Devoteam, we're at the forefront of innovation, driving change and shaping the future of technology.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accountant Assistant.

Invoicing and Billing.
Be part of the billing and invoicing process and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Financial Internal Reporting.
Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and analyses as needed.
Assist in Audits.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
CustomerCommunication.
Interact with customer and internal teams to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
Financial Recordkeeping.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Ad Hoc Tasks.
Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting and billing and invoicing roles.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Fluent in English Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced tech environment.
