What you will be doing:
Processing enquiries from new and existing customers (small and medium-sized businesses) by phone, email and live chat;
Outbound callbacks by phone and proactive contacting of all customers who have previously contacted Facebook customer service via other channels (chat or email) - no sales.
Supporting customers after they have independently purchased services on Facebook, as well as on Instagram and WhatsApp;
Handling payment and billing issues (billing issues);
Independently and proactively finding solutions, with the help of the constantly available knowledge base;
Requirements:
Fluency in German (must be C1)
Communicative level of English language (B2)
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer:
Working hours: Full time contract (40h per week = 5 working days; 8h a day)
Monday to Sunday - Rotating Shifts
Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
Salary: 1398 gross month + 100 performance bonus
