While HSE / Business Continuity Specialist, I will implement and follow up Group’s HSE policies, objectives, programs, and tools and develop and deploy site-specific HSE objectives, programs, and tools to manage risk, to support the improvement of office operations, and to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, helping the coordination in the four Centers (Lisbon, Curitiba (Brasil), Bangkok (Thailand) and Riga (Latvia).
In the four Service Centers, I am also responsible to follow up on all actions decided, after safety visits, done by the executive team.
Under My responsibilities will also be the deployment of the SBS Business Continuity & Crisis Management and Corporate Crisis Management Policies, standards and procedures within Lisbon Service Center, to participate in the Business Continuity & Crisis Management activities within the Zones, to perform SBS specific exercises and self-assessment regarding Business Continuity Plans.
