Front office manager

- Assisting the Operations Manager and the GM with daily tasks and challenges
- Ensuring guests and residents’ satisfaction
- Ensuring staff complies with the company policies and procedures
- Managing the Hotel in the absence of the GM
and Operations Manager

-Assisting the Front Office Manager and coordinating the Front Office team
- Point of contact between front office and other departments
- Providing 5 star service and leading by example

-Leading, motivating and coordinating the frontoffice team
- Assisting the front office manager (involved in recruitment, payroll, invoice, training of the team members)
- Assisting the guest services team ( VIP arrivals, reviews, preparation of special occasions)
- Delegating tasks and training team members
- Responsible for the shift
- Addressing and dealing with complaints
