Responsibilities: New items development for construction equipment at local and global 
suppliers; Quality assurance and problem-solving; Warranty analysis from field claims to 
drive 8D and root cause analysis at suppliers.
 
Main achievements: Develop at local and international suppliers of complex components for cabs, axles, buckets, and frames for localization programs, by leading APQP activities. These activities demands multitasking skills, and both were delivered according to the project schedule.

Responsibilities: Supplier performance and KPI control for structures, attachments, and 
electrical commodities; Deployment of Lean tools at suppliers by leading projects to improve quality assurance, process stability, and collect cost reduction; Steel and heat treatment audits at suppliers. 
Main achievements: Local material for Wheel Loaders lifting arms development and 
approval with support from materials engineers; Lead cost reduction project for tanks by changing from manual to the robotic welding process; Quality assurance program in place at the supplier, which reduced negative impacts per poor quality; Lead Lean projects at suppliers with a focus on process stability, quality assurance, lead time, and cost reduction.

Strategical business administration and marketing concepts. This post-graduation course gave me 
an overall vision about products positioning on markets, and how to think strategically to drive 
actions.
