The ideal candidate for this job would be.
- Proficient in email management, able to sort, organize, and respond to my emails daily.
- Skilled in calendar scheduling, facilitating the management of my time and activities efficiently.
- Adept in executing follow-up tasks, specifically in terms of client communications, business opportunities, and ongoing pending tasks.
Other prerequisites include diligent attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive approach.
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant would be beneficial.
I am looking for someone who can take the initiative and follow directives with minimal supervision.
The ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality is also essential.
This is a versatile role that requires top-notch multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
