I'm looking for an experienced and dedicated Virtual Assistant to handle key tasks that will help streamline my day-to-day operations.
These include but are not limited to.
- Answering phone calls - Responding to emails - Scheduling appointments Ideally, the candidate should be familiar with using GoTo and Zoom for phone and email operations.
Moreover, the ability to efficiently manage multiparty communications via a shared email inbox is essential.
Preferred Communication Platforms.
The ideal candidate needs to be proficient in using GoTo Connect, our preferred mode of communication.
Key Skills & Experience Needed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with virtual phone systems and shared email inboxes - Experience in using GoTo Connect - Proven ability to manage scheduling efficiently This role requires someone with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will play an integral part in improving our productivity and optimizing our workflow.
