Full-time Job Location.
Remote We are recruiting a Technical/IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our client’s operation in Portugal.
Our client is a consulting company that provides management solutions, information technologies, and outsourcing services to its clients.
It is headquartered in Ireland and has branches spread across the globe! Benefits.

Working hours.
24/7 rotating shifts.
Responsibilities.
Provide IT user support via telephone, email, and web channels; Resolve incidents and user requests promptly; Collaborate on problem-solving and implementing changes; Utilize ITSM tools for ticket management following ITIL processes.
Qualifications.
Professional Training or intermediate degree in Systems Administration or similar; Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory); Previous experience in similar roles; Strong analytical skills; Proficiency in ITSM tools and Active Directory (preferable); Familiarity with ITIL principles and certifications; Technical certifications in microinformatics; Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
