TECHNICAL FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Provide level two service support related to maintenance, field action, recalibration, upgrade, and repair for the local installed base.
Responsible for customer satisfaction with BSC equipment performance and services.
Reporting all service activities in approved Service Management Systems and meeting key performance indicators.
Responsible for monitoring, organizing, and maintaining personal trunk stock, tools & test measurement equipment, and spare parts.
Administer service contract opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive local contract adoption.
Responsible for local capital equipment-related program management.
Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply, and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.

Requirements Diploma/ Degree in biomedical, electronic, electrical, or related engineering field.
Minimum of 3, or more years of working experience in medical electrical equipment field service and service contract sales.
