Technical Delivery Lead Seniority.
Mid (3-5 years) Type of position.
Full Remote.
Candidates must be in Portugal The amazing you, will have.
- Experience building empowered and self-organising teams, including interviewing the team members when required; - Experience leading one or more agile teams;  - Experience facilitate agile events and best practices, coaching and mentoring the team;  - Working knowledge of software developing metodologies as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and DevOps frameworks, managing backlog and team sprints and also ticket allocations;  - A strong understanding of eCommerce environment development, specially Front-End;  - An understanding of modern software development practices and techniques;  - Experience working with a Product Owner as well as another stakeholders;  - Experience applying measures to support process improvement;  - An understanding of build/deployment pipelines; - Experience using Jira; - Mandatory - Previous tech experience preferable as a QAE ou software developer Why should you become part of our family? - You can develop a career that fits you.
