Support the Operations Manager in the daily business Main point of contact for our client as well as for the team Motivate and coach the team and ensure performance goals are met Control KPIs and ensure their achievement Develop procedures to enhance productivity and performance according to business needs and requirements Increase quality measures and ensure customer satisfaction Identify team member’s training needs and ensure development plans are maintained for all team members Prepare and implement meetings and team member appraisals Create statistics and bespoke reporting What we offer.

Proven experience of working in a call center environment in a team lead position Native or C2 level of German.
