As principais responsabilidades deste cargo incluem.
Participar na definio da estratgia de sistemas infraestrutura redes e comunicaes em colaborao com a direo do departamento.
Gerir as infraestruturas corporativas e a frota de navios.
Implementar projetos de novas infraestruturas e servios assim como melhorias nos sistemas existentes.
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos sistemas informticos realizando atualizaes para aumentar a eficcia e eficincia e reduzir riscos de falhas.
Propor e implementar solues informticas para apoiar as operaes do Grupo garantindo o funcionamento eficaz dos sistemas de informao.
Gerir contas e acessos a sistemas informticos garantindo a segurana dos dados.
Fornecer suporte tcnico resolver problemas e desenvolver competncias dos utilizadores.
Monitorizar e intervir em caso de falhas nos sistemas informticos.
Redigir manuais de utilizao e tcnicos.
Formar e apoiar as equipas de suporte tcnico.
Gerir as parcerias com fornecedores tecnolgicos.
Qualificaes necessrias.
Licenciatura/Mestrado em Engenharia Informtica Cincias da Computao ou rea relevante.
Experincia de 2 a 5 anos em funes similares.
Fluncia em Ingls oral e escrito.
Organizao proatividade e capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
Resistncia ao stress e foco no cliente.
Competncias tcnicas requeridas.
Administrao de Plataformas de Virtualizao (VMware) Administrao de Ambiente de Servidores Windows/Linux (Active Directory Group Policies DNS DHCP) Administrao de Redes/Networking (Switches VLANs Multicast Balanceadores Routers) Administrao de ambientes AWS e/ou Azure Administrao de Solues de backups (Veeam) e Disaster & Recovery Gesto de Sistemas WiFi Conhecimentos de VOIP (Centrais Voip / Telefones VOIP) Conhecimentos de segurana de infraestruturas e servios Conhecimentos de IPTV Conhecimentos de Sistemas de bases de dados Remote Work.
