We are looking for a Support Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements.
- Functional knowledge of instruments, such as bonds, equities, and structured products; - Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL and PL/SQL; - Knowledge of ITIL; - Fluent in English.
Responsibilities.
- Provide functional and technical support; - Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap; - Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues; - Contribute to the knowledge articles.
