He/she is responsible for the accomplishment of the internal objectives, motivating his/her team and managing them daily.
What you’ll do Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation; Motivating the team; Managing the team daily, according to internal policies; Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators; Developing action plans for continuous improvement.
What you’ll need French Native; Fluency in English (C1 minimum); Knowledge of Dutch language is a plus; Solid experience managing teams; Strong experience of people management, development and coaching; Availability to go to the office when needed.
